The grip is the same as a 2 seam fastball (your fingers should be on top of the seams with your thumb on the opposite side of the ball). As you are coming through your motion, you want to turn your wrist to the inside of the ball. this will create the rotation needed to break the pitch down and in on a right handed batter (for a right handed pitcher).
