You know, there's just something about dressing up a little boy in a tuxedo and seeing him walk down an aisle that makes nearly any wedding worth going to, ya know? The last thing that you need is a pillow so big that he can't even find his way up the aisle without running into the chairs that are lined up next to it. Just be sure to make it big enough so that it still looks cute, but small enough so that it's not hard to carry for someone who's the size of your ring bearer. 

Since you're the one who is probably getting married, you have no problem knowing who the ring bearer is.
