What is interesting about this article has the relevance on the romantic activities and compassionate love that the human society has developed for two thousand years. Although, I find it rude and horrific on its social relevance of procreation from the barbaric experiences in past. The dominance of men and the rigidly structured society the women have been sexually exploited as a consequence of the barbaric wars. Likewise, the concept of satisfaction of human needs and wants has provided the physiological responses on the basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education, health and sex. The biological and physiological responses of sexual desires are the forefront on the ever-evolving life cycle of procreation. SO LET US FIND OUT HOW HUMAN LOVE AND ROMANCE EVOLVED FROM SOCIETAL ACTIVITIES OF PROCREATION PROCESS IN THE PAST.
The Human Genesis of Love and Romance
This originates from the procreation of human species. The compassionate love may provide the life sustaining cycle of human species. Find out this life cycle of animal and human species that I wrote in tracing the origin of procreation through the article “Evolutionary Creation of Gender Bias: The Social Analysis on the Root Cause of the Sexual Exploitations among Women in the World.” Sometimes we ask why human species need to have LOVE and ROMANCE ?
Let me refresh my idea about the procreation process of love in the article “Evolutionary Creation of Gender Bias : The Social Analysis on the Root Cause of the Sexual Exploitations Among Women in the World”
The natural life of species has instinctively dictated by the biological genes and habitat. The main activity for the biological existence is the proactive natural development that provided specific role of gender orientations on procreation, security and physiological needs adaptation. The gender orientation development of species evolves from by the natural gift of the male species to play the important role on the security and procreation to preserve the natural destruction of the familial origin on complementary process. The female species have the natural role to the procreation and nurturing the existence of race in natural physiological way. The life support in the nurturing and rearing process is so important to sustain the life cycle. There is no life existence without the complementation process of the male and female species as the evolution of its species as dictated by the natural way of the gender to the adaptation of habitat. This holds true to the mammalian kingdom and all other life forms including fishes, insects, animals and plants. There is a natural way for the procreation for the continuous evolution of the species whatever miserable consequences might happen to the female specie. The security has its own habitat protection and configured weapons to protect in the nurturing and rearing activities and the protection of life support. The male species have always instinctively protected the female species and its offspring from the danger of extermination by its own physiological strengthened with adjustable adaptation to the habitat.
On the other hand, the biological and physiological responses of the human species have the same natural adaptation on its role orientation for the procreation, security and physiological support. The pre-historic time has the same process as explained above, however, the change in time and growing experiences in the adaptation, protection and procreation had evolved to a more complicated life . It had still the same process on its instinctively designed physiological and biological for the adaptation of the habitat through the “survival of the fittest”. However, the growing concern of security and physiological support had evolved to little more complex by the used of flint stones and fires . The Paleolithic and Neolithic Periods had transformed the beginning of the new era for human species for the control for the habitat no longer part of the mammalian evolution as they discovered and invented the new way for the security , physiological and biological support to sustain the growing familial activities. The physiological support were being strengthen by the ancient technology not only hunting but the domestication of animals, cultivating the farm (agriculture), fishing in the river and coastal areas, and the creation of industries.
The female species had been the forefront of family development on its procreation support exemplified by the emotional dimension of the complementation of love and compassion. The nurturing of the offspring were focused on their role in the family on the physiological and biological support for food, clothing, and shelter. The male species provided the physiological support and security to sustain the bloodline of the family. The physiological support was in the ancient activities on agriculture, fishing and hunting. While the security support followed by the physical strength and used of advanced weapons such as bow and arrow, flint stones, and sharp metals which protected them by the living predators in the forest .
Therefore in the historical perspective, the human genesis of love originated from the biological and physiological transformation of all species to sustain the life cycle in the world. The difference of the human beings on the procreation process has the stages of the biological process of love and compassionate romance. The physical attraction of the human species may result to courtship and the knowing process on the human persona as to the social, cultural, psychological and other related dimensions. The biological conformity on the personal dimensions is the gauge of positive physical and sexual attraction. The time element does not follow on the biological transformation process of love and compassionate romance. It deals so much about the physical and biological attraction before considering the personal dimensions of the partner. After courtship, the deeper understanding may lead to marriage.
Although, the age and occupation may act as marriage barrier because it must qualify the idea of family support, security, maturity and life sustenance. These are the important biological variables to sustain love and romance for the procreation of human life species.
The Biological Process of Sustained LOVE and COMPASSIONATE ROMANCE
These are the procreation process on the biological and physiological response of the human society on the compassionate love and romance:
1. The Courtship is the preliminary process of procreation as the male species provide the biological and physiological attraction of the female species. This is the human adaptation of culture, tradition, folkway and mores on the social standard for the conformity of mating process by the human species.
The courtship is the way for man to show his deepest affection to the woman he thought would give him the compassionate love in the procreation process. This is done by knowing more the inner emotions of the woman not only the physical appearance but also all the possible dimension of her life.
2. The Marriage in the procreation process for the birth of human species and enter the societal structure of family. This is social beginning of compassionate romance. The emotional attachment of a man turns into deeper compassionate thought for the future partner in life. It binds a marital agreement on their commit to show compassionate love forever.
3. The Family is the sustainability of the procreation process through the creation of the offspring. This is the creation of new human species from the biological fusion, assimilation, diffusion and acculturation.
The procreation process is the by-product of love and romance wherein the creation of offspring provides the sustaining generation of biological life cycle of the parents. The sexual intercourse is a means of binding the genetically fused unique biological cells of the human species. The idea of romance relates the sexual desire for the compassionate love of the partner to bring perfect human siblings. It embedded by the true love of the partner. It also follows the sexual drive to sustain life cycle of human species.
These are the standard
process in the social development of procreation process. However, there are
disturbing social facts why women are “sexually exploited” because of human
biological and physiological activities. Supposedly, the idea of sex is
procreation based on courtship, marriage and family. The women played an
important role in the family responsibility in nurturing and educating the
offspring and compassionate love to their partner in order to provide family
harmony and balance in the society. Thus, it sustains the life cycle of
procreation on the human species.
Therefore, sexual mating is a form of procreation process other than this it is the physiologic and biological response to the animal instinct of the human species. This is what you call sexual desire for the intimate physical response of the biological sex needs of the body. The casual and compassionate sexual mating of the opposite sex are the by-product of the uncontrollable physiological response of the body.
1. The uncontrolled sexual instinct on the physiologic responses ( deviations on the genetic chromosomes) that may lead to sexual perversion ( i.e. The third sex such gays, lesbians, and pedophiles;)
2. The intimate sexual mating because of the physical attraction of the opposite sex . ( i.e. infidelity, infatuation, natural sexual mating, uncontrollable sexual response the old , divorce and separated men and women)
3. The psychological and mental breakdown of the natural self-control of the sexual drive. ( broken hearted, self destruction and suicidal tendencies, and misfortunes)
4. The sexual fantasies , sexual life distortions and sexual abuses may result to uncontrollable physiologic response. ( sexual abuses, pornographic viewing, prostitutions, and rape)
5. The social obligations and standards of the mores, traditions, folkways and the societal culture on the accepted norms of sexual practices. ( marriage of the relative of the deceased wife, fixed marriage, casual mating and other taboos)
These are the possibilities that provide the physiologic recurrence of the sexual drive that we may call it compassionate love, love of the opposite sex, which deviate the natural procreation process of the human species. For us to understand better the consequences of the physiologic response of the past, after the gradual growing of the human intellect the sexual drive consequently changed no longer as procreation process but the alterations on the new social experiences of the society. This is now the genesis of the sexual desire as the by-product of human evolution
The Genesis of Sexual Desire
The historical lineage on the human development gradually changed to a more complex life cycle on the physiological responses on the procreation, sustenance and security of the family. The social, economic and political phenomena produced societal structure that created the greed and vanity of men. These were the historical phenomena that gradually changed the image of women by the territorial expansion, the creation of slavery from the defeated tribe, the rise of tribal kings, the economic and political activities in the society. The life became complex in the social adoption for the conformity of human behavior in order to prevent societal chaos. The evolution of family creates new order of social phenomena such as norms, folkways, mores, and laws. The broke down of this family cycle of harmony and balance was within the religious and supernatural beliefs, the social laws , and the destructive consequences of war and the psychological response of the human species.
1.The religious and supernatural beliefs wherein women were buried beside the coffin of her husband. The women were became the husband of the brother of her husband. The sacrifice of women for bountiful harvest any other violence that affected their life
2.The social laws from the rigid gender societal structure on the physical dominance of men . The security and protection of the family members were at the hand of men and elders. The women were not given the political and social dominance in the protection and security of the family members.
3.The destructive war on territorial expansion created human slaves. The women considered as a social commodity such as sexual slaves and servants of the aggressors.
4.The most destructive reason of the sexual violation of women even the peaceful time of the past and contemporary time is the physiological response of men. The sexual instincts of men define the insatiable sexual violence of women until now.
Uncontrollable Physiological Response for the Sexual Desire
1.Religious and Supernatural Beliefs . The accepted social norms of women to marry the relatives of the deceased husband. The sexual taboos as a result of religious fanaticism.
2.Social Laws, Culture, Norms and Mores: The casual dating and pre-marital sex in America European Countries. The casual mating through the liberation of human freedom and religion.
3.Social Commodity and Human Slavery: It may not be true now but the rise of prostitution and pornography may have the influence of the increasing sexual desires of the society.
4.Physiological and Biological Response of Men: The sexual instincts of men define the insatiable sexual violence of women until now.
The contemporary time no longer holds the social dilemma of religious beliefs, social laws, and war. This social dilemma is still byproduct of the physiological response of men about their sexual drive. This is now a social cancer from the mutation of physiologic response of men. The sexual drive of men in developed countries remains active based on this “age of commercialism” as the object of demand in economics:
1.The commercial products on whisky, scotch, beer, and red wine with theme of highly desirable for the physiologic response may find advertiser to use the sexy and beautiful women .
2.The commercial bar provides women in action as GRO and prostitutes. It also includes the use of magazines and pornographic materials where in the women are exposed in degrading sexual object just to meet the sexual drive men.
3.Women rights are fighting all the social dimension of gender bias, gay rights, lesbian rights, rights of abortion, and all other rights just to break the gender bias. The breakdown of family is culturally imminent once violated the rights of women from the highly societal structure
Sometimes we can no longer distinguish what is moral and ethical in the concept of love and romance. The human frailty on the sexual instinct has always justified to us the meaning of love. Common problems in the society are marriage break up, divorce and infidelity. Likewise, the emerging psychological and physiological concerns of sexual perversion, sexual harassment, rape, sexual abuse, and other sex related crimes.
So what is ethical and moral action about love and romance? Simple, it is the procreation process when you find someone to have compassionate love, finally get married and raise a family in order to sustain the human species.
Issues and Concerns About Human Love and Romance
1st Problem : You may say you are deeply in-love to someone else no longer you husband or wife. What will happen? Go back to the role of procreation policy ( marriage) which is through legal separation or divorce as legal alternative in the human society. Any extent on the violation of this rule may follow the ethical and moral ground for the infidelity, adultery or concubinage.
Reminder: For women, kindly watch out your steps as men cannot be easily measured by the idea of compassionate love and romance. The sexual dominance of male species is more on the reproductive sexual drive for the procreation. In animal species, the female choice the best male suited for the procreation.
2nd Problem : You may say you are gay or lesbian or partly in third sex. What will happen to love and romance? I cannot find the solution to this problem. We are all stock up by the genetic failures on the human species. Supposedly, I would be able to find answer in the animal kingdom on procreation process where I can find the third sex. May be that is the good point of inquiry in the HubPages to look for the answer on gay or lesbian for the animal species.
There are many possible questions raise by the meaning of love and romance. The final answer I get is procreation nothing else. Beyond the boundary of this, its pure and simple… sexual desire!
