"Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will acknowledge him before my Father in Heaven; But whoever denies me before others, I will deny him before my Father in Heaven…"

LORD JESUS, YOU COME TO GLORY

Nowadays, many people felt embarrasses when talking about their religion, they see more polite to avoid mention to religion as little as possible. However, if you are a Christian God require you share the Good News to others, talking about God’s Love and His saving power is the urgent duty of a good Christian. Jesus encouraged us when He said:

"Don’t be afraid of people. They can kill you, but they cannot harm your soul. Instead, you should fear God who can destroy both your body and your soul in Hell…"

Many Christian Martyrs responded to His Call, they shed their blood for the witness of God’s love. In Vietnam as well as some Asian countries of 1870. there are over 100,000 Catholics people died in protecting their faith. They sung the Catholics songs and praised Jesus Christ name loudly during their extensive torture and utter pain. They saw the Heaven waiting for them after their death…How worderful are the death of those who died for God’s Love and the Good News….

A New Year is upon us. We often set the resolution for the New Year at this time for improving ourselves. Let take this opportunity to give ourselves to God by setting a good example to others who live around us. Let others know about God’s Love and His saving power if we come to Him.

Our good work and our good example can change the whole people and the community around us in the New Year.

Let us say together: " Oh Almighty Loving Father, we thank you for sending your own Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross and pay the penalty for our sins. We now believe in Him and accept Him as our Lord. Please help us in letting others know about your unconditional love and your saving power through the death of your son Jesus, together with the work of the Holy Spirit. Amen. "
