"Faye's Daily Words Of Encouragement # 126 Todays Word Is: Tears"

Definition of the word Tears:Drops of fluid from the eyes; a continual dropping of water from the eyes.

2 Kings chapter  20 -5: Turn again and tell Hezekiah, the captain of my people thus saith the Lord, The God of David thy father; I have heard thy prayers have seen thy tear: behold ,I will  heal thee: on the third day thou shall go up unto the house of the Lord.

Psalms chapter 126 -5 : They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

Isiah chapter 25 - 8 : He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from our faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it.

Acts chapter 20 -19 : Serving the Lord with humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations which be fell me by the lying in wait of Jesus.

2 Timothy chapter 1 - 4 : Greatly desiring to see thee, being mindful of thy tears , that I may be filled with joy.

2 Corinthians  chapter 2 - 4 :For out of much affliction and anguish of heart, I wrote unto you with many tears; not that, ye should be grieved, but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you.

Today's word of Encouragement is Tears, I like the fact that weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. We are going to shed tears in one way or another, but if you're anything like me: you would rather your tears be joyful tears instead of tears of sadness and pain.  On many occasions in the bible; Jesus did cry tears, he wept over the death of Lazarus.  Crying tears is an embarrassment for most men, because they think it shows that they are weak, when it's the exact opposite.

Crying is a natural emotion of mankind, it relieves stress and emotional pain ; when we cry real tears. If we have to cry ; lets cry and get it over with, and get on with life.  just remember that crying is a natural act, if we weren't suppose to cry, God would have made tears in the  first place.

Tears come as fast and as often as rain. Sometimes tears leave as slowly as some rains. Thanks

A thoughtful hub creativeone.

Tears are gifts from God. When stress is high, crying discharges accumulating stress toxins within our tears which is healthy for our bodies. Tears are apertures of releasing tension AND it lets others know that comfort is needed. As you said, it is a loving gift from our Father.

Great thought!

Forever His,

So true, I catch myself telling my little ones not to cry, and then I think of how much a release it can be for us. So now, I tell them, it's okay to cry, but there's a time for sorrow and a time for joy, so don't waste good time on simply crying.
