Definition of the word Power: Position of authority, ability to act, one that has power force or energy used to do work, a dynamic energy.

2 Chronicles chapter 25 - 8 : But if thou will go do it, be strong for the battle, God shall make the enemy fall before thee, for God hath power to help, and to cast down.

Proverbs chapter 3 - 27 : Withhold not food from them whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.

Matthews chapter 9 - 6 : But that ye may know that give sins ( then saith he to the sick of the Palsy ) arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

LUKE CHAPTER 1 - 35 : and the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the highest shall over shadow therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the son of God.

Luke chapter 4 - 6 : And the devil said unto him, all this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whom so ever I will I give it.

Jesus was given his power from God from heaven and in earth. The children of God are also given power to use down here on earth. Most of us don't use the powers that are given to us, because we don't have enough faith or confidence to believe that our power will work. Our powers doesn't mean anything, if we aren't using them in the name of Jesus.

The bible says we will do greater things, then Jesus did, with our powers down here on earth. Our powers can heal, and exorcise demonic spirits and even raise the dead.Most of us don't believe it, anything did in the name of Jesus has power behind it. By our faith we heal and are healed by our faith in Jesus but we must believe in the almighty power of the living God.
