I Surrender - Hillsong Live (Cornerstone 2012 DVD Album) Lyrics/Subtitles (Best Worship Song)

Why we give to God.

In thinking as to why you have to give in the house of God you must be very clear on one thing. That is, your giving does not alter the love of God towards you. He already loves you just the way you are. No amount of giving will alter the love of God . When you get born again your sins are forgiven. You receive a new nature: The nature of God. Your neighbors and other people you interact with should note the effect of the new nature you receive. As a Christian you must be loving, forgiving and immensely patience. These are just some of the attributes of God which as a born again Christian you must exhibit.

Hating what God hates and loving what he loves is testimony enough that you have in deed taken to his nature.

10,000 reasons (Bless the Lord) - Matt Redman (Best worship song ever) (With lyrics)

If you struggle in exhibiting the nature of God, examine yourself

If as a born again Christian you are still struggle to give, ask yourself, “Have I allowed the spirit of God to work in me?” God loves giving. Therefore if at all you have taken his nature, giving would not be an issue. As a born again Christian you must in deed love what God loves and hate what God hates, because the two of you are assumed to behave and think alike. Remember also that your giving allows you to love the world. By allowing the speakers to communicate with the world through the mass media, you are in extension loving the world. If someone was to get saved by way of listening to a television program you had a hand in sponsoring, it is logical to consider it your account. Delivering the gospel costs a lot of money especially where television and radio airtime is involved.
