Being a paranormal witness to real paranormal activity can be one of the most amazing things that can ever happen to you. I started seeing ghosts and other paranormal activity as young as I can remember which was around age four. Below are two true tales of paranormal activity that happened to me.

I clearly remember the first thing I ever saw was the ghost of an old woman in a old run down shack on a path me and my Grandfather took through the woods. The shack was a one room old run down shack with a better outdoor toilet behind it than the run down shack in the front. The morning I saw the ghost of the old woman my Grandfather and I were walking towards the front of the old shack when I saw a old grey haired lady wearing a grey dress on the front porch of the old run down shack sweeping the front porch. As we got closer you could clearly see that the old ladies feet didn't quite touch the floor of the porch and she had on black boots. I remember reaching and getting my Grandfather by the hand and he squeezed my hand in his. As we walked with in about thirty feet of the front porch of the old shack the old woman's straw broom fell to the floor of the porch and she was gone. Yes gone in the blink of a eye. I know I knew it was a ghost before she vanished but after she vanished I felt cold chills run down my spine.
My Grandfather still had my hand in his and he hurriedly walked along and soon we were down the trail to a bridge that was no longer used. After we crossed that bridge I started asking my Grandfather questions about what we had seen and he told me an interesting story about the old lady we had seen sweeping on the porch of the old run down shack. He told me that the lady had once lived in the shack with her two sons and that after they went off and joined the army in the war between the states which was the civil war that the old lady had tried to live in the old shack but she had got down sick one winter and died there in the old shack. My Grandfather said that the old lady was buried down behind the old shack at the edge of the woods and people were always seeing her out there on the front porch.
Some people he said claimed that the ghost of the old lady was always out sweeping on the front porch sweeping and watching for her two sons to come back from the war. Both young men had been killed in the Civil War and after they left the old woman had never seen them again. One of the young men died in combat and one starved to death in a northern union prisoner of war camp up in Chicago Illinois.
Several other times over the years while I was growing up I saw the ghost of the old lady dressed in a grey dress sweeping the porch of the old shack or standing in the yard of the house. A couple of times I tried to speak to her but if you spoke she vanished. Over the years the shack and the old outdoor toilet were tore down and other houses were built on the property. I don't know if anyone still sees the ghost of the old lady in the grey dress but I wonder. I wonder if at certain times she is still out there looking for her two sons to come back from the war.
When I was around 22 I , my father and a good friend of mine I'll call Jim went bullfrog hunting in the old Bostic Brick Yard which is near to Forest City North Carolina. Over the years I had heard many tales of paranormal activity going on in and around the old Bostic Brick Yard.
Some people had claimed to see a strange glowing human shape that was green in color in the area near where the brick cooking kiln had once stood. Some people said that the strange glowing green human shape would appear out of nowhere and scream and yell at people until they left the area. Other people told of seeing a little girl of five to six walking in the area where the brick yard buildings had once stood. They told that the little girl was always seen wearing a white dress and if you got close to her or yelled at her she would vanish almost at once. Other people told of seeing a young woman of 18 to 19 in a wet dress near the first lake in the brick yard. It was told that the woman had drowned her self in the lake because she was pregnant and her husband had run away to avoid any responsibility. So yes you could say that there were many tales of paranormal activity in the old Bostic Brick Yard.
On the night that my Dad, Jim, and I were walking around the second lake in from the main road my Dad told me and Jim that something or someone was following us. He said that he saw something at least twice or the shadow of something. All at once my Dad said oh hell there it is. It had a human shape and was about five feet tall and it was glowing green. At first I thought it was someone trying to scare us and I raised my 22 rifle up and said , " I don't know who or what you are but you better speak ". When I did that it moved a few feet closer to us and I shot over its head twice. My friend Jim later told me he aimed directly at it and he fired twice with his 22 rifle. As we shot what ever it was shot straight up in the air and began to revolve around and around and make hideous screams. We all three took off running and as we ran it stayed up in the air about 30 yards behind us. We got to Jim's truck and got in but when Jim tried to crank the truck it wouldn't crank at all. But after a few minutes Jim finally got it cranked and we began to drive out of the brick yard on the dirt road. At the same time what ever it was continued to spin around and scream behind us and about 30 feet up in the air. When we got to where the railroad crossed the dirt road it gave one long hideous drawn out scream and we saw it go back in the direction we had first seen it.

It would appear that we had just seen the Bostic Brick Yard Ghoul. I never went back in the Brick Yard after dark. Over the years I heard tales of other people who had seen the ghoul in the Brick Yard but I never went back. The area of the Bostic Brick Yad is pretty much the same now as it was then and the Bostic Brick Yard Ghoul may still be there scaring the hell out of people.
Let Me Say For The Record Ghosts Are Very Real. And Are Not Demons Or Satan.

Ghosts and Spirits are very real. I am truly sorry if you have never seen ghosts but I can tell you from a personal experience of many many years that ghosts have nothing to do with Satan or Demons. I have seen family members who have passed from this earth and I know for a fact that they were the spirit of the person who was once alive. But yes I do believe in Demons and Satan. I have seen demons though never Satan that I know of.
There are a certain percentage of people who can see ghosts and other paranormal activity while many other people can not. But let me say again. Ghosts are very real and have absolutely nothing to do with demons or the Devil.
My Mother Called Me From The Beyond , September 4th 2011
Me and my mother had a deal that who ever died first would try to get in touch with each other from the other side if there was any way possible. Several times since my Mom passed away back on January 6th of 2010 I have received signs from my mom. But nothing like what happened yesterday.
Yesterday at just a few minutes after 2 P.M. I heard my phone ring and as I have Caller ID on my television screen I looked up to see who was calling. The name on the Caller ID on the television screen was Virginia Walker and it was her old phone number showing up from when she was alive. I answered the phone and from deep down like in a hole I heard my moms voice saying my name and that she loved me. I was upset and I said who is this. But all she said was that a friend of hers would not answer her phone and then the phone went dead. She called her friend by name but I won't publish it here. I called the phone number back to see who it was and the phone number when called was still giving the disconnected notice. Later in the evening yesterday I went to the friends house and there on the friends phone was my moms number twice. The lady said she had not heard the phone ring. So I really believe that my Mom did indeed call from the beyond or the other side. There is no rational explanation for it. I am waiting for my camera to charge and then I will post a photo of my Caller ID. I saved it and probably will never delete it.
I have seen ghosts before many times but this is the first time that someone has called me from the other side. It is still freaking me out really. That and the fact that her old phone number is not a working phone number.
