Silly atheist, God is for Children

Updated on October 26, 2010

Children of God vs Fools of this world

"I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me. Matthew 18:3-5 With a rise in atheism and new age nonsense I felt compelled to write hub to shed light on the downward spiral those who are of the world are headed, and how blind they choose to be. But for those of us who choose to be children and followers of God the current state of this world is not surprising. Psalm 53:1 "The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good." which has lead and will continue to lead to Godlessness in the Last Days 2 Timothy 3:1-7" But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them." They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth."

Science although once good intentioned has become a contrivance to try and disprove the existence of God, so far they have failed, but that fact alone doesn't stop millions of atheist, agnostic, non-believers from pledging complete allegiance to an always shifting and forever sinking sand. Atheist and some agnostic too often claimed they are the smart and enlightened ones, but some of the most intelligent minds ever in human history had the common sense to at least acknowledge the fact that there is a God.

"Atheism is so senseless. When I look at the solar system, I see the earth at the right distance from the sun to receive the proper amounts of heat and light. This did not happen by chance." Sir Isaac Newton

"In view of such harmony in the cosmos which I, with my limited human mind, am able to recognize, there are yet people who say there is no God. But what really makes me angry is that they quote me for the support of such views. "Albert Einstein

The Bible is a solid foundation of facts and it seems to take science years to catch up. Here are just a few examples:

THE BIBLE
SCIENCE THEN
SCIENCE NOW
The earth is a sphere/(Isaiah 40:22).
The earth was a flat disk
The earth is a sphere
Incalculable number of stars/(Jeremiah 33:22).
Only 1,100 stars.
Incalculable number of stars
Free float of earth in space/ (Job 26:7).
Earth sat on a large animal.(yea really)
Free float of earth in space.
Creation made of invisible elements/ (Hebrews 11:3).
Science then was ignorant on this subject
Creation made of invisible elements(atoms)
Blood is the source of health and life/(Leviticus 17:11).
Sick people must be bled
Blood is the source of health and ife
Ocean floor contains deep valleys and mountains(2 Samuel 22:16;/
The ocean floor was flat
Ocean floor contains deep valleys and mountains
Each star is different (1 Corinthians 15:41)
All stars were the same
Each star is different
Ocean contains springs (Job 38:16).
Ocean fed only by rivers
Ocean contains springs.
When dealing with disease, hands should be washed under running water (Leviticus 15:13).
Hands washed in still water.
When dealing with disease, hands should be washed under running water

In 2003, there was a major discovery that got little (if any) media attention, due to the fact it would show proof of the bibles validity. “A discovery of a bone from a Tyrannosaurus Rex in 2003 has generated a significant stir among evolutionist and a resounding "I told you so" from creationists. The thighbone from a T Rex was discovered during an archaeological dig in part of the Hell Creek formation located in a remote area of Montana State in the US. The bone, which was being helicoptered out, needed to be broken apart in order to fit it in. In the process, they discovered that the bone had soft tissue inside -- including cells and blood vessels. The bone, says evolutionists, is pegged to be 70 million years old. According to an article in journal Science, which reported the discovery, this tissue had not fossilized and retains "some of the original flexibility, elasticity and resilience." Archaeologists have recovered fossils, which had preserved the shape of some tissues, but this is the first time they have found un-fossilized soft tissue. The find has some wondering if there would be DNA available to possibly clone a T Rex. According Ken Ham, the president of Answers in Genesis, this discovery is strong evidence for creationism. "The reason this is such startling news is because you just wouldn't expect soft tissue and cells like this in bones supposedly 70 million years old," he said. It would be virtually impossible for bones tens of million of years old to still be soft and Ham called it convincing evidence that this 70-million year old bone is only a few thousand years old and probably dates back to the flood. It is evidence for a young earth. However, Ham does not expect this discovery to change the minds of many evolutionists. He says there views are so entrenched that they will not allow contrary evidence to challenge their beliefs. Instead, they will look for ways to rationalize the find, so it can still fit with their preconceived ideas." Source: Well-preserved dinosaur tissue may help solve evolutionary puzzle, (Globe and Mail, March 25, 2005)

If that wasn't enough, just this morning a bold headline read" "A new discovery shakes up evolutionist."

"Conventional wisdom has it that the first animals evolved in the ocean. Now researchers studying ancient rock samples in South China have found that the first animal fossils are preserved in ancient lake deposits, not in marine sediments as commonly assumed. These new findings not only raise questions as to where the earliest animals were living, but what factors drove animals to evolve in the first place... This discovery raises questions as to how and why animals appeared when they did."

I guess after reading some articles it would mean back to the drawing board for atheist and evolutionist, or they could just pick up the bible and save themselves the trouble.

I would like to end with a few quotes:

“The root of all difficulties is a lack of the sense of the Presence of God.”- Emmett Fox

“Eating lunch with a friend, hearing the rain patter against the window. There is no event so commonplace but that Godis present within it, always hidden, always leaving room to recognize Him or not to recognize Him.” unknown

“The most universally awesome experience that mankind knows is to stand alone on a clear night and look at the stars. It was God who first set the stars in space; He is their Maker and Master . . . such are His power and His majesty.”- J. I. Packer
