Tarot Chariot and Success holds your Key
What Will Make you Feel Successful?
The Chariot Appears in your Reading
You have just sat down with your tarot reader. She has shuffled and drawn cards, and tells you, "You have The Chariot as your directional card." If you know Tarot, you probably are feeling excitement and happiness. You are going to taste sweet success. With pride you mention to your tarot reader, oh this means I am going into the direction of success. All it will take is willpower, and I have plenty of that.
Your reader smiles at you, and states, "I see you do not truly understand the meaning of this card". Your mouth opens, without sound and you just sit there staring.
The Chariot and its Message
The Key of the Chariot
The above scenario has happen to me during my career as a psychic and tarot reader. So many people only know the generic meaning of this card. Its’ meaning is lost with the word, willpower. Yes success is there for you, if only you use the Key.
The Key is letting of the reigns. . If you look closely at this card, one will observe that the man does not have hold of the reigns. He is using his willpower to let go and be directed by a higher source.
We all will come to a point in life where we are called to let of our ego’s desires, and go blindly into our future. [Welcome to the Chariot. Willpower and blind faith is called forth, from this card. Success is there, but only if you take the Key]. For most of us, this point arrives several times throughout our life. It often is connected to a major life-changing event; Losing our job, a loss of a love one, divorce, a move or any other major life change. These changes create vulnerability, and we know we have lost control of our life.
You can influence your actions towards these changes, but you cannot control the outcome of the event. This is the time of acceptance. If you lose your job, you will have to accept that. If your mate absolutely wants a divorce you will have to accept that. If your place of employment wants to relocate you... and the list is endless.
It will depend on our actions, if we can get through this journey. The majority of time, our actions, are reactions. It is because of these reactions, we tend to create more obstacles
Letting Go
Entering the Chariot
We are now on the Journey of the Chariot. Our willpower will serve us best through anchoring it towards the Divine’s will. Divine is used here to cover any source or non-source one has a connection. Now is a time to let go and fall back on trusting this Divine. You began to realize it has taken control of your reigns. It has another purpose for you. In knowing this, you will get through those grey dismal days, a little bit easier.
As a rule, not every life change at first is pleasant. All our fears have surfaced and act as our worst nightmares. . The Chariot’s deeper meaning explores those venues. It represents how we make it through our own personal tornadoes of life. The Chariot has to go through its’ fears, and needs to conquer those fears. Its’ willpower is to not coward out and turn around. The only way to achieve success is to face one’s fears. This belongs to the key. When this card comes out in a reading, I am instantly aware this person will be going through a very emotional charged experience, and they will need to let go and let whatever Higher Power they follow guide them.
If they insist on letting their ego take control, they most likely will turn around and go back into old destructive behavior patterns. These can include any area that maligns their self-worth. There is one area The Chariot aids us and that is self-worth. We improve our self-esteem by facing our fears and going through the tunnel- of- dread.
If your reading has The Chariot in your present or future, you are being told you can have success, but to do so you must let go of your ego, and be open to the life path that is being made available to you. This is not an easy task, for our ego often seeks what it wants, be it the failed relationship, not to relocate, or any manner that says it is ‘right’ .What happens to you when we let go of the ego? You become your authentic self.

Clearing the Way by Letting Go
Chariot's Journey through Fear
You just discovered you are on the Chariot Journey, and you shout out, “What do I do?”
You must stop any type of reaction. It only will increase your anxiety, which creates faulty judgment calls. Instead use your energy to become more discipline in recognizing any synchronicities that have been occurring in your life. This can be done, when you train your mind to become aware. Do not try to add or read into these hunches, for this often is the ego taking over. I suggest you write them down, and stay aware. Often, in a short period of time, days or weeks, you will have an idea of where these synchronicites are taking you. This is comparable to finding puzzle pieces and putting them together, to complete the puzzle.
An important factor you might wish to understand. You are the one who chooses to stay stuck in your fears. It is true. Hold yourself accountable. Nobody is doing it to you. If you continue to do this, you are the one responsible for affecting your self-esteem in a negative way. The path ahead of you most likely will contain at least one of your fears, this is normal. Perhaps it is time now to face it, so it doesn’t continue to follow you around.
Entering your fear, and moving through it is the Key of the Chariot. It is what the journey is about. You will discover this fear, which controlled you, has become powerless. You have won. You have succeeded. You are now a success. Go out and conquer your new world, by creating what you and your Divine seek. The both of you are fearless.
Final Thoughts
Final Thoughts
As you progress through the Chariot's journey, you will encounter periods of anxiety. You might not know what has stirred the anxiety. As we face a fear, we make it powerless. You can envision it as a scab falling off your body. It pulls, and tries to stay. During these moments of anxiety, breath. It is only a scab falling off. You have conquered. This is very temporary. Can last for a day or a few, but it is a sign. You have championed a fear. Celebrate.
I hope you will embrace the Chariot's Journey. It is one I have been on these past few years. Many scabs have fallen off, each screaming to stay. It is one of the best journeys I have taken. I am now holding the Key.
