The bursting barn

Source

The harvest is exceeding.

Last night I had a dream.

There were a few of us harvesting wheat the old way, with scythes on a sunny warm day. We were all very happy and enjoyed each others camaraderie.

A woman approached me and asked me to come and look at the barn the wheat was being stored in.

The barn was so full its walls were ready to break.

What do you think is the meaning of the dream?

“‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.’ Acts 2:17 New International Version

Prayer: Thank you Jehovah Chanan (God is gracious) for the wonderful but strange dream. I look forward to Your revealing its mysteries to us. I give thanks in the name of Him who is the fulfillment of all our dreams, Jesus Christ. Amen.

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.

The wheat represents the final harvest, when God pours out his spirit in the last days there will be a great harvest of souls. A woman always represents the church. the woman is telling you that the church is not thinking big enough to be prepaired for this great harvest.

Why God showed you this I can't answer that, maybe he wants you to get his people to see what he is about to do on the earth. Ask him why he showed you this and he will reveal the answer to you. God bless

Hi Teacherjoe,

Interesting dream, but I will only make comments on the text.

("A woman approached me....)

It is interesting that a women approached you to show you the store houses were bursting, which may be her telling you that the old way of doing things are irrelevant. The apostate gospel follows after the glory of the female spirit of "God" who is the harlot in Revelation.

("There were a few of us harvesting wheat the old way...")

Jesus Christ is Lord of the Harvest and He is the only one who draws those to Himself. God only uses those who are obedient to His prompting. The "old" way is tried and true. The true gospel never changes, but is simply by what Jesus did on the cross. If we try to add or subtract from that, we make the addition or subtraction the "saviour" instead of Jesus.

("The barn was so full its walls were ready to break.")

What is the point of harvesting when the barns are bursting?

The deception of the numbers in the mega churches have no bearing on numbers of the true followers of Jesus Christ. I would say the barns are bursting full of tares; therefore, the truth needs to be told about this stored up "fool's gold" within them.

Be encouraged, God is using His true followers who know what the real wheat looks like and are harvesting it. God's treasures are stored in heaven, not within the "four walls".

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. - John 14:2

God Bless!

God made carpenders and kings and gave them a Bible so they may know the Lord's words.

Good morning Timlove.

You are very close to the answer. I pray you enjoy reading the answer today.

Good morning PlanksandNails

Although much of what you say is true, you may enjoy todays answer.

Good morning Mhatter.

The Bible is a wonderful mystery that will never be understood, well maybe when we get to Heaven.

May God bless you with enlightenment.

I agree with your Acts 2 reference regarding this dream. It is the final harvest and time to gather it all in.

Good morning teaches.

Yes it is always time for the harvest, but especially now.

I am sure you are bringing in a bountiful crop.

May God bless you with an abundant harvest.

Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. - Matthew 13:30
