Standing on the ledge

"Looking down at the Las Vegas strip, i felt my stomach turn inside out as i leaped forward and plummeted 855 feet down to the concrete bullseye below."

Do you have a fear of hights?

When you see just how high up you are, your whole body will begin to shake just like mine did. The intense rush of Skyjump Las Vegas is without a doubt one of the most thrilling things that you will ever do on the Las Vegas Strip. This is the highest controlled free jump in the world, standing tall on a 855 foot ledge. The jump is located at the top of the Stratosphere tower on Las Vegas Blvd.

Make sure to use the bathroom first!

Strap on your jumpsuit and body harness and take the elevator ride to the 108th floor. Once you get to the top, your greeted by a skilled and highly professional jump team that assist you with your jump. They double check your harnesses and make sure that everything is secure. After your gear is properly set up, they snap a few quick photos before you jump. They then point you out to the steel jumping platform where they hook you up to the jump cable and have you place your feet half way off of the edge. They give you a few moments of nerve racking anticipation as you look down at the street almost 900 feet below. They give you a countdown and you take the jump forward towards the bullseye that they have painted on the ground.
