Follow my lead..give up and sit out the end of the game
Miami Heat- Lebron's ego to big for the team
Lebron James known for whining and complaining thinks himself to be a great player and leader, but is he really? During game 5, a micro phoned James' words of wisdom for his team were "to follow my lead". Setting himself to be the great leader and by just following me ---we'll win.
Since he chose to sit out a great portion of the 4th quarter in what is considered to be an important game; is that the example a leader wants to teach his team.
Lebron James doesn't know what teamwork is; he does know the letter "I".
With all the class of an I-player, Lebron left to the locker room all alone, then singled out players by name that weren't playing up to par. The season is now over, there is a good chance that Lebron could pack his toys and head elsewhere. The only problem with an I-player, is that he can go anywhere and if he doesn't change his attitude, the outcome will always be the same. Lebron can run but he can't hide from himself.
San Antonio Spurs earn #5
San Antonio Spurs Earn #5
The 5 time champions, San Antonio Spurs played hard and with class. As the third quarter came to an end you could see the momentum had changed and the Spurs were on their way to win number 5.
As Peter Holt said, he has an awesome team, the best fans and he's ready for a thumb ring. Kawhi Leonard won the game MVP, the 3rd youngest to win that honor.
Congratulations to the Spurs and all their team work. With all the changes coming ahead for the Spurs, the fans will have to wait and see how they do next year. But, as Tony Parker said, "we are a great team and we do it together." Spurs fans are a part of that team that will support them through tick or thin.
