The Best Way to Get and Maintain Smooth Skin

I've used oatmeal scrubs, astringents, loofahs, and chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid and alpha (AHA) and beta (BHA) hydroxy acids. To use the facial sponge, moisten it with water, add your favorite facial or bath soap, and gently scrub your face using a circular motion. Use the regular (white) side of the body sponge to exfoliate your entire body (except face). Give your elbows and knees a turn or two with the blue side. This will keep your knees and elbows baby smooth. As with the facial sponge, scrub gently until your skin acclimates to the abrasive action. Use the Buf-Puf Body Sponge instead of a bath cloth at bath time. You may use the included handle, but it’s not necessary except for difficult to reach places. The handle is sturdy and well built, so you’ll need to buy it only once, if at all.

Both the facial and the body sponge come in a single pack and a 6-pack. You get a price break with the 6-pack. If you think you’re too old or too young to begin exfoliating your skin, you’re not. It is never too late to exfoliate. And it’s never too soon to preserve good skin.
