Grrrrreat new styles

If you are going out on the prowl, there’s nothing better to have on your feet than a pair of leopard print boots.

Whilst leopard skin was the must have fashion some 30 years ago, the style remains one of the year on year high fashion choices. The original leopard skin has been replaced by highly realistic prints and fake fur, which is undoubtedly great news for leopards.

Whilst the style may not date, this year leopard print shoes and boots are hot property, with all the big name designers producing a range of chic and stylish shoes and some delectable boots, with a plethora of feline footwear styles which are sure to place a strain on your credit cards.

Check out the latest leopard print shoes styles, but be warned, if you love shoes, you are going to be sorely tempted!

Before I move onto the latest leopard print footwear styles, it’s worth covering the all important issue of wearability. Leopard print is bold, beautiful, and It will make you stand out from the crowd, which is really rather the point. However you want to make sure you stand out for the right reasons.

How to Wear Leopard Print Shoes

Your new leopard print shoes may be a beauty for all to behold, if you don't get your outfit right, you can end up looking a little like you are off to a fancy dress party.

If you are blessed with a wardrobe which is full to the brim with shoes, you can get away with choosing your outfit and finding a suitable pair to match. With leopard print, or indeed any animal print shoes, its best to start from the bottom up. Decide on your shoes, and then find the outfit to match. If you are to spend over $100 on a funky pair of high fashion shoes, they should have pride of place, and your outfit should be concocted to compliment them.

If your highly coveted shoes have a splash of color other than the standard leopard print, then it makes sense to build on that. Match any color accents with your outfit and you will be good to go. However whilst you build up confidence, stick to the classics of tan, browns, blacks or reds. Red is always a popular choice, but if you want to be different, go for turquoise or even a green. The trick however, is stick to solid colors and not to go overboard mixing and matching colors, or you are likely to overwhelm the print. Don't overdo it! Let the shoes do the talking.

For an ultra classy look, keep it simple. Wearing a figure hugging black dress, with a pair of leopard print shoes is a classic look. Black jeans and leopard print pumps is a great too, especially if complimented with a few leopardy accessories.

Since there is now a wide range of animal print clothing on the market, you are likely to be spoiled for choice, however avoid mixing and matching animal prints.Leopards and zebras do not mix well.

Remember, whilst bare legs and leopard print shoes look great, with boots and bare legs it can all go horribly wrong.

These boots have a 3 inch kitten heel (how appropriate!),an 8 inch shaft, and a pull on style with an elasticated ankle to stop you struggling.

As ultra stylish and sophisticated ankle boots go, these are off the scale, and whilst not the cheapest leopard print boots out there, the extra dollars you spend on them all goes on quality.

Sometimes less is more, and if you want just a touch of leopard print to add some style, without going over the top, then these boots will certainly add something special to your outfit. They are to die for, but then again, you will need to take out a small mortgage to buy them, so they should be.

So what do all those dollars get you? Italian style, Italian leather, and some seriously envious looks wherever you go. It's a full 16.5 inch leather suede boot, with a 2 1/4 inch heel, and is 13 1/2 inches around the calf. The leather is soft, supple, sumptuous and incredibly stylish, and you'll be pleased to hear, tat its unlikely to ever go out of style.

It has an easy closure zipper, and packs in the technology for pure comfort. It will look spectacular with a trench coat, and its unlikely that you'll want to wear anything else. Although for that sophisticated professional look, it would be advisable.

Go for Broke!

The Full Monty

And finally, if you really want to recreate that hooker look, but are looking for some inspiration then look no further!

These boots will be perfect to match with a pair of suspenders and little else. Pop these on and you wont have to worry much about finding anything to match, they are sure to clash with everything!

Jokes aside, if you wan to pull it off, whilst not getting pulled by the police, its probably best not to wear these with bare legs, but a tight fitting pair of black leggings would certainly work.

Due to the sheer volume of leopard print, its best not to accessorize too much, and if you are looking for that demure, sophisticated look, these are probably not the best choice.

If you want to go the whole hog, and cant find a full leopard print body suit, these are the next best thing.
