Anti-Aging - effective and natural

Every year billions of dollars are spent on anti-aging products. The competition is very high. New products being introduced on a regular basis. The consumers are promised rejuvenating effects. Unfortunately, a lot of the products are loaded with toxins which in the long run only speed up aging.

Fortunately there are plenty of natural herbs, flowers, plants, seeds, etc that can provide us just the same effect. Choosing natural ingredients also nourishes our skin and definitely won't speed up aging.

If you haven’t found the perfect anti-aging regimen yet and are looking for something that isn’t only effective but also as natural as it comes, then you should learn about a simple recipe that will give your skin natural beauty and glow.

Must have Number ONE: Pure Almond Oil

Almond Oil has long been known for its moisturizing effect on the skin. It is loaded with vitamin E. Vitamin E nourishes the skin and protects it from damaging ultraviolet lights. It also reduces cell damage. Almond Oil is very beneficial on dry and even cracked skin. It penetrates through all seven layers of the skin. In addition it is high in alkaline. That means it is very ph-friendly. Because of that it doesn’t cause more toxic stress on the skin. Almond Oil is very high in anti-oxidant. It is the number one oil to use on your skin. Even though it is an oil and most woman are afraid to clock pores with oil, this wonderful oil will do just the opposite. Because it is so nourishing and ph-friendly it cleanses the skin while nourishing at the same time.

Must-have Number TWO: Pure aloe vera gel

Aloe Vera Gel straight from the leaf of the Barbadensis plant or straight from the bottle (as long as it is pure) is the other natural moisturizer everyone should own. Aloe Vera is the miracle plant that nature has provided us with helping us heal and rejuvenate. Aloe Vera gel is loaded with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, essential fatty acids and many other healing compounds (over 250). One of the ingredients known for its incredible anti-aging effects is acemannan. It is considered the fountain of youth ingredient.

Pure Aloe Vera Gel is a true miracle plant when it comes to healing. Sunburns or other skin conditions heal up much faster with the application of pure aloe vera gel. Even acne improves with the daily application of aloe vera gel. It is very moisturizing and extremely nourishing. It penetrates through all seven layers of the skin and gives our skin back what so many years of abuse and neglect have taken away. In addition, Aloe vera gel is very high in alkaline. It is extremely ph-friendly. While it nourishes and moisturizes the skin it cleanses it and removes toxins.

Anti-Aging made at home

Since most of us don’t like an oily film on our face or even our legs, pure almond oil and aloe vera gel mixed at equal parts make the perfect moisturizing anti-aging day and night cream. If you are using it on your body, apply it after showering while your skin is still slightly moist. This allows it to be absorbed more rapidly. Your skin will feel very soft.

To apply it on your face wash your face with camomile water or aloe vera natural face wash first. You can make your own camomile water by boiling some water, adding the flowers. Turn off the heat and let the flowers just sit in the water for a good 30 minutes. Pour it through a sieve and put the camomile water in a separate dish. Wash your face gently with it. Keep the remaining water for the next day. If you prefer to use a facial cleanser don’t use any harsh ones as they will only dry your skin and add more toxins to to your skin. If you want to you can also use luke-warm water. If you prefer aloe vera natural facial cleanser you can find a good cleanser from aloe vera growers and manufacturers.

Oncey you have cleansed your face make sure you dry it gently. Apply the almond oil and aloe vera mixture on your face by making small circles. Don’t forget your neck. Soon after application you will notice a healthy and more youthful look to your skin.

Important : Use only pure almond oil or aloe vera gel. Stay away from products that are mixed with fillers. Your final result will largely depend on the quality of the products.
