The best ways to cure pimples

Updated on March 27, 2011

Why pimples come out.....

A  pimple is a small bump in a certain are of the skin it can be anywhere in your face or in your body some are small and others are big but for the most part of all is that they are not fun or pleasant to see them on your face or anywhere for that fact because pimples are made due to the infection in a are of your skin and that infected so called area can have many ugly things for example germs or grease which can make your pimples oily at some point. Pimples can be hard, round, red and if you touch or press on them it hurts a little but not that much the way a pimple forms is when cell clumps go together forming a plug then after that an amount of excess oil comes and starts to take over behind the plug and that is a process of how a pimple is born ewwww!!! not good.

Pimples are caused by a variety of reasons here are a few of them: an increased amount of hormone and androgen, pregnancy, and greasy cosmetics as well there are others but it is a very long list to even mention in this hub so I just came up with those three. Another thing to remember is that pimples are also a factor of genetics being that if your mother had pimples than it is a possibility that you might have them also.

Some of my tips about treating pimples is that it is important to always use a acne treatment regime there are many types of special skin treatments available in stores the best ones that I recommend for you to use are the ones that have benzil peroxide, salizilic acid, glicolic azid and glicerin those will do good for you snd benefit your skin in the long run some examples of acne treatment products are:

Clean and Clear

Neutrogena

Oxi clinical acne solution and Proactive

Now if you are not a fan of store acne products or you want to try something new then you can also use home remedies to treat pimples. First what you have to do is mix one tablespoon of fresh lime juice in order to prevent blackheads as well as pimples another thing that you can do to take away a zit is to apply toothpaste just a little on top of the zit so it can dry out. I would recommend you to try this for a short period of time just to make sure it does not irritate the pimple. Another thing that maybe a lot of people dont know about is that honey is also helpful for pimples because it kills the bacteria and it leaves the pimple free of bacteria keeping it clean.

Well I hope all of these tips will help you into having a healthy skin free of pimples and keep it beautiful.
