All ingredients are surrounded in your kitchen. You will find that all ingredient which are not noticed by you so many years, actually how useful to you. They are keeping your body healthy as well as useful for beautiful skin and healthy hair.

Turmeric and Sandalwood Powder: Mix a bit of turmeric with sandalwood powder. Blend this mixture using milk. Apply this paste on your skin and let it remain for 5 minutes. All dirt will remove from your skin and make your skin bright. Let’s exfoliate skin without fully dry ; scrub it when it’s half dry and remove all face pack. Squash normal water followed by rose water for moisturizer.


Honey and Milk Face pack: Honey is a natural moisturizer for your skin. Milk is much vital nutrients and vitamins like vitamin A, D, B6, B12, biotin, calcium, protein and many more that not only good for our health but also good for our skin and hair too. Mix 2 tsp of raw honey and 1 tsp of raw milk. Apply it on face for 15 minutes and wash with normal water.

Milk and lemon face pack: Lemon is known for skin lightning agent. Mix raw milk and 2 drops of lemon juice, mix it well, apply it on face, and wash it after 10 minutes. You can use this face pack at night time. Avoid sun after this face pack.

Almond and Milk: Almonds are a rich source of Vitamin E and they help soften and nourish the skin. Soak four to five almonds overnight. Grind almond with milk and make consistent paste; apply this paste on your face and let it be completely dry, then wash with normal water. You will notice the difference in first wash.

Potato and lemon with Multani mitti: Potato is the most widely used vegetable in the Indian kitchen. Potato contains starchy as key component. In addition to the starch it contains the potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C. The starch heals the damage of the skin cells. The vitamin C in the potato works as the antioxidant and clears the skin.

Take the fresh potato and peel the skin of the potato and make the potato into juice. Now extract the juice from the potato paste with the help of sieve. Now take the 1 tbsp of potato juice, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of multani mitti. Apply this mixture all over the face evenly. Wait for 10- 15 minutes then wash the face with the cool water. This face masks lighten the scars on the face and gives the flawless skin


Points to be remembered for glowing skin

  • Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays with an SPF of 30 or higher, even on cloudy days.
  • Drink 3 liters water a day. Start you day with one glass of water that will help you to remove toxin from your body.
  • Moisturize your skin daily; especially at night, use almond oil or virgin coconut oil or virgin olive oil. Whichever oil you use; it should be organic and cold press.
  • Eat lots of fruits; avoid junk food that will make your skin dull.
  • Restricted tea or coffee.
  • Avoid smoking and drinking.
