Tips on having flawless,youthful,healthy looking skin

Lately have been struggling with my skin I have the most stubborn pimples on my forehead, don’t know what to use any more so, found some simple ways to better looking and healthy skin.

Water

It’s a known fact that drinking plenty of water has health benefits, avoid drinking too much of coffee and soft fizzy drinks. Water clears out the toxins rejected by your body leaving you feeling cleansed and fresh. Drink water

Cleansing, toning and moisturizing

This is the beauty ritual we should all abide by, the key is getting the correct beauty products for your skin otherwise you will end spending a lot of money on wrong products. Ask the beauty consultant in the store to determine your skin type and best product for you.

Remove Your Make-up

At the end of the day remove you make up, with just water and moisturize or invest in a good make up remover. Never sleep with you make up on. Always make sure that you check your beauty products for expiry date they are there for a reason toss anything that is no longer good out.

Food good for the Skin

Yep you can also eat your way to better looking skin below are food that may assist in getting clearer flawless skin:

  • Peppermint Tea- drink it, it has soothing properties and helps relieve stress and it is really good for the skin and sinuses.
  • Tomatoes- Make them a must have in your daily diet as they help with keeping the skin firm because of it aids in collagen production.
  • Strawberries- have more anti- aging Vitamin c properties than grapefruit. Vitamin c fights off harmful toxins in your body leaving your skin clear.
  • Olive Oil- it’s a really good source for skin by eating in and applying it on your skin. It is rich in antioxidants and antioxidants are good for the skin.

The list of foods is endless including berries, nuts, green tea, pumpkin and many more. Bottom line is eat well you skin will reflect it and use mild toners, cleanser on your skin that does not cause inflammation and drink plenty of water
