The Wonderbra

Throughout the ages women have worn bras for a variety of purposes. Whether you are wearing a Wonderbra or an ordinary bra, you should wear it correctly to make the most out of it.  Always make sure that:

• The chest band is horizontal and it does not ride up the back.
• Your bra should feel firm but comfortable, should be able to breathe and move easily.
• The underwire part of your bra should not dig in to the chest or the breasts, rub or poke out at the front.
• The breasts should be enclosed by the cups and there should be a smooth line where the fabric at the top of the cup ends.
• Your nipple, must be in the centre of the cup.
• The breast should not bulge over the top or out the sides of the cups.
• The breasts should be supported primarily by the band around the rib cage, rather than by the shoulder straps.
• To put your bra on the correct way, slip the straps over your shoulders, hold both ends, lean forward and let your breasts fill the cups.
