Folder View Customization
In windows, all the icons have the similar view. It's difficult to find out one folder at a glance if there are many folders. Because the standard configuration of windows explorer all the folders seem closely similar to each other. So, it's a problem to distinguish the folders. You can only differentiate through it's folder name. But......if you use thumbnail view and make the changes as your own, you will easily distinguish the desired folder. Here change means, you can add or select any digital photo to distinguish the folder view. It's very simple to do. In this page, you will find the ways to do it. Just keep reading.
Steps to add an image to a folder
Right click on the folder that you want to change the view. Now, click on the properties option.
A window will be opened and select Customize tab. Then select Choose Picture option. A window will open and go to the desired picture location and select the desired picture, you want to set the outlook of that folder. At last, click OK.
Go to View menu to display the folder in Explorer's thumbnail with image by selecting Thumbnails.
By following the above steps, you can easily change the outlook of any folder.
