Looking for an old friend in Spain
I lived there between 1974, and 1975. I had a wonderful dear friend there. We lived in Alcala De Henares, Spain. I need some in-put from people that do live in Spain, or have lived there. Trying to find the best way to look for her. Websites, phones, ?? Please help. Thank you your time. Sincerely, Carol Tierney
Hi Catierney49
I am not sure I can be of much helps, but at least I can throw a few ideas your way.
If you speak Spanish try calling the Ayunamiento:
Ayuntamiento de Alcalá de Henares. Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad. Plaza de Cervantes 12, Teléfono 91 888 33 00
Google her name - she might come up if she has a facenook account or any other online presence.
Or put an ad in the local weekly magazine:
SEMANAL CAMBIHENARES (LOCAL WEEKLY MAGAZINE) C/ Teniente Ruiz, 10. Teléfono: 91.881.13.15
If I think of anything else I will let you know

My 26 yr old friend has Lupus . Do you have any advice on treatment and diet for her?The symptons arise each month and she wonders if it could be hormonal. She is currently on Prednizone (sp?) but doesn't like the side effects.
