XP is ddefinetly the one america has most widely stuck with. No doubt it's a good system thats what i use. Now Windows 7 is a good software and i liked it in my time I have used it. but be cautious and dont go right into buying it because its a quite new software system and we dont know all the bad things that it can cause so your better of waiting. but talk with a local compuiter person i am unexperienced in this field.
XP hands down.
Why upgrade when xp is so reliable now?
XP was originally more unstable but then Windows 7 hasn't yet had as much chance for instability to be updated in.
On cost, performance, control, ease of use, and stability, Ubuntu beats them both hands down. The only real problem for people moving to Ubuntu is the ubiquity of Windows. That means users have to learn a fair bit about Ubuntu. But then, they end up doing that with Windows anyway, turning off all those stupid defaults, hunting down where Windows settings are hidden, and getting around all those intrusive warnings and silly messages.
It's certainly worth the investment of time in Ubuntu to get away from MS. And you never buy software again.
Looking for your opinion, Thanks for all the answers that I have a received
@Justine Thx for the suggestion
@ Bob I don't have any idea about Ubuntu, where can I get details on it
I have used Vista and do not find good. As XP looks and feels like Vista, so, I am scared using windows7. I like to use XP, once windows7 footholds the market I suggest you think to switch to windows7, XP is very easy and user friendly.

So I've been getting the Windows 10 pop-ups for the last several months and I've been clicking the "no thanks" button on every one. This morning, I wiggled my trackball to wake my PC from sleep mode and fracking Windows 10 had installed itself and only needed me to press the accept or...
