European Capital Cities Tour

Enjoy viewing this photographic tour of the 50 capital cities in Europe. After that, take the Capital Cities of Europe quiz.

Some of the answers can be found in my European Capital Cities article, but some of the questions are based upon general knowledge trivia-type of information which I hope my readers will have absorbed throughout the years.

Enjoy the quiz. If you don't know an answer...guess. The important thing is to have fun.

That was a tough one-- I didn't cheat by trying "open book"-- but ONE of those questions would have been tough to nail down. Fun and interesting.

UnnamedHarald,

It's nice to "see" you again. Thanks for being the first person to take my quiz. Most of the answers were either in the information accompanying the photos in this article or in the table in my "European Capital Cities" Hub.

I enjoyed the pictures but I really need to pay attention to captions more and practice what I "preach". Doh. Anyway, I viewed the pictures-- but missed many because I didn't slideshow. I guess I thought all images in a slideshow are also visible in the article. I learned something! Ummm, well I can honestly say my answers were pulled out of my own mind.

UnnamedHarald,

Thanks for visiting again. If I don't use my own photographs, I use ones from Wikimedia Commons. I try to provide as much information as I can in the captions. With the thumbnail format, if you put your mouse over the thumbnail, you can see the caption without having to click on the image.
