I am a goofy mother of three. If my children aren't driving me insane. I can be found writing incessantly in my journal or tapping away on my laptop. I am a student, in the medical field, with a background in psychology and nonprofit development. I know, it was a major jump in careers, but after the economy went to hell, I had to adjust.

I have written 6 books, 2 of which have recently been accepted for publication. I am in process of writing another. It will be my first compilation piece. I enjoy writing because it has served as a great way of release, and self counsel. It has also managed to keep me out of jail. HA! Seriously, though.

My family is the center of my life. I have been near death twice once exactly 10 years ago on my 32nd birthday, and the other about 3 months ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. I had at one point given up on life for a moment and fell into a bottomless pit of depression and anxiety.

I convinced my medical provider that I was in desperate need of pharmaceutical drugs to curb the edge of suicidal thought. He believed me. There was nothing truly wrong with me but, that I was tired of the issues with my health. Just as soon as I felt like I was out of the dark, something else plagued me.

So like I always do, I panic. I started like 100 things all at once. It was I admit a desperate venture to become something worth mentioning before I was to depart this place of residence.

I wrote my first book in 8 days, 350 pages of crap. It was, truly. However it was the truth and noting but, so I titled as such. It was filled with anger and hate, fear, long winded sentences and well...like I said crap much like my ranting here…
