Hy there guys!

I am Alex. I am 26 years old (or young as you prefer it) and I live in Iasi Romania. I am happy to be part of the Hub Pages family and I hope that the hubs I create will help you find out more about the world and about yourself.

I first registered to HP because I wanted to make some money, as most of you did, but know I see it, in an equal measure, as an opportunity to make may voice heard, to talk about my passions and interests and to help people a bit. HP is a great idea, one of the best in today’s Internet, it has interesting content, nice covers and most of all it has rules. I’m not a big fan of rules, but I think you will agree that the web tends to be the wild west of modern times – we all like a movie about those times, but none of us would really like to live there.

I am trying to concentrate my articles in more directions, mainly because I am a man with a lot of passions. So here it goes:

1 Dugout Online – you already saw that I am a pretty big fan of this online manager. I consider it one of the best games on the Internet, surely the greatest of its kind. The writings about Dugout are an effort to promote the game and to bring today’s managers even closer to it. I am trying to put it even more on the map of the online gaming industry, not only because I am playing it for more than 2 years, but because it has some great potential. Soccer (football) is maybe the most loved game in the world – and playing DO makes you part of that.

2 Health, life style and personal development. If you asked me 3 or 4 years ago about them I would said that this are things old people should think of – the foolishness of being young. Today, more than ever improving life and it’s quality is something all of us have to consider. The things we eat, the things we buy, the things we do are all part of who we are. We can not afford to be lazy, we can not afford to skip the steps that make us better persons, healthier and more conscious about ourselves. Health, in my vision, does not mean only the physical one, health also includes the mental and intellectual aspects and many many more…

All the research I am conducting on gathering useful info about this is done in the hope that people all over the world take that difficult turn in their existence. The turn from being me to being a better me.

3 Romania. What we are today is in some percentage an effect of where we were born and where we were formed for the first years of our lives. It is very likely that you do not know many things about my country. All the same it is very likely that you heard more bad things than good about it. Today’s media has the habit to turn things around and to show the shocking, the strange and the ugly – but things are not always how they are presented. Culture, nature, places, history, music are only some of the topics I will cover.

4 Sports and entertainment. What happens in the field or around it is often fascinating, the stories, the people the legends make us dream, hope and daremore. It does not matter if we talk about the team sports or the individual ones, it does not matter if we have in mind today’s or yesterday’s legends what does matter is what we learn from the competition and how we transpose the lessons in our day to day life.
