Ah, Me!...wait that was already used in a movie.

Oh well. About me, well, I am a mom, wife, sister, and daughter. I live about 10 minutes from my own parents. My Sister lives about 30 minutes in the oposite direction, and my brother is still living at home.

My husband is a great man (though any wife will say their husbands are great men too) He works in a rehab for adolences. He definately has more patience that I do. We share many interest, including cooking, movies, cheif Ramsey, RPG's, and our daughter.

Now onto the topic of our daughter, Jasmine. At this moment she is an only child, which we are trying to change rather quickly for her. She was born 10 weeks early and had a 3 month NICU stay. I am happy to announce that she is perfectly healthy, though on a growth chart all her own. She has a strong personallity, will, and chrisma. She is also my little helper in the kitchen. She tells me if something smells good, stirs things for me, and is my toughest critic. Good thing she likes to eat.

My brother is an inspration for me. He's extremely gluten intorlorant, allergic to milk, and lives with the most uncreative cook in the world, our mother. My mother only sees cooking as a chore and does not like challenges. So with my upcoming culinary adventure, I choose to do a lot of gluten and milk free dinners and desserts. Which I've got to say, it constantly incressing. My other cooking speciality is vegetarian. Which drives my family nuts...except of course my husband and my daughter. My husband was the one to open my world to vegetarian cusine and my daughter does not have a say on what I make for dinner.

Do not mistaken me, we are not vegetarians ourselves. But we eat a mostly vegetarian diet.
