Also follow me on:

I'm a serial learner.

I've worked for more than 20 years in the information technology market. I would like to share the knowledge painstakingly accumulated until now because I think that it can not exist without a knowledge sharing. Anyone can develop personal working patterns (and usually people does), to improve performances, gain trust, close timely its activities. In this period, I'm trying to understand how exactly I do, and to write down anything I discover and share it I find it worthwhile.

I think that personal working patterns are useful, and sometimes they would deserve to become "knowledge". But no knowledge exist without a sharing: that's why I'm trying to share as much as I can. I try to transform personal methodologies into knowledge, so that, as I sincerely hope, it can generate benefits. Moreover, I think it can spin for me a better learning process, by means of the feedback I expect to get.

When I'm not concerned about improving my way of working for my customers, I love to ride a bike with my son or to play a soprano clarinet in a wind orchestra.

I usually like what I do.

[from my manifesto ...]

I exist, I am free, and now it’s my turn.

I am a free practitioner.

I take upon me the risk of error, the joy of seeking connections; I take responsibility for what I do, and I try to help change to happen. Change is my real work tool, most often surprises me first, and this ensures value.
