Andrew HJ Oh is a Taekwondo Master and is ranked 102nd in the world (bantamweight). He has been competing in Taekwondo tournaments since childhood. Andrew HJ Oh has competed in more than 50 tournaments in the last decade, and has won 23 gold medals. Andrew HJ Oh won the New York State Taekwondo Championships for seven consecutive years beginning in 2000. He has also won the New Jersey and Virginia State Taekwondo Championships, and was rated the Virginia State Championship's MVP. Andrew HJ Oh won two medals representing America in the Goodwill Games in 2004 and participated in a team trial competing for the U.S. in the 2007 World University Games. He won a gold medal in the 2005 Junior Olympics and a silver medal in the 2005 Canada Team Championships and competed in numerous Amateur Athletic Union Taekwondo Competitions. In 2009, Andrew HJ Oh was 16th ranked (tied) Taekwondo competitor in the world. Andrew HJ Oh won gold and silver medals in 2010 as well as qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Team trials. Andrew HJ Oh is sponsored by Emergen-C health products and Jaco Clothing. Andrew HJ Oh is a fifth dan Kukkiwon black belt in Taekwondo, and is the son of a Taekwondo Grandmaster and the brother of a Taekwondo master. Kukkiwon is the Korean organization which certifies poomse and dan Taekwondo black belts. Andrew HJ Oh is currently the Master Instructor at Ultimate Champions Taekwondo, where he trains students in Taekwondo, cardio Taekwondo, conditioning, weight loss, and weightlifting. Andrew HJ Oh attended Queens College in New York, majoring in nutrition and exercise science. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching movies, fishing, and listening to music. Andrew HJ Oh is fluent in Korean and Spanish, and resides in Bayside, New York.
