Hello,
My name is Anita Sue...I'm sorry, but I didn't pick that name, I would never pick that name and if I had any balls at all, I would change that name. But out of respect to my dearly departed parents- I'll keep it... for now.
My Indian name: "Cloud of Dust". I just appeared here on the wind (& via parental love-making)- and it looks like I will just disappear in a "Cloud of Dust" when it's my time to go.
Typical small town Baby Boomer. 4 kids, husband, 2 grandkids and a home we're still paying for (due to an equity loan) & 2 cars in the yard.
I haven't done a damn thing my whole life- really really wasted this life I was given. Perhaps if my name had been: Star, or Roxanne, Paris or Hope, perhaps then I might have tried harder to live up to the name: been more colorful, been seen. I certainly had the tools: the brains, the family, the looks- but...I squandered it all. Emptied the Bank Account of my Life and in my following posts, I will attempt to tell you why & how I am just a "Cloud of Dust"; and hopefully you will learn not to follow my path (the easy path), before it's too late.
Have I totally depressed you? Get over it. Get off your butt and do something! They say, "Those that CAN- DO & those that CAN'T- TEACH. Let me teach you. Spend more time partying with friends, make love more, get some hobbies, do your jobs well, help people- even strangers..smile a lot, but be careful of this one: smiling DOES cause smile lines and smiling DOES make dirty old men think that you "may" want them...ewwwww! Remember, that your dog really IS your best friend no matter how often you scold him. Learn Spanish (and I'm NOT saying that because my name is ANITA- I am NOT Spanish)..it's just true, that most Americans are speaking Spanish and you don't want anybody talking about you and there you stand "smiling" like an idiot, not able to understand them. Don't stand up and sing karaoke if you've been a smoker for 20+ years...that's just dumb!
Okay, you get the point...if you don't want to go out in a "Cloud of Dust", smarten up...today! Time is ticking and you aren't getting any younger. Live Life!
