Life is not a box of chocolates for everybody ! Life to me, Forrest, is a constant search for happiness. Always has been. Always will be. Hedonist but not in a selfish way. Agnostic but unbigoted. Things contributing to this somewhat wavering and sometimes elusive happiness are books, reading, writing, music, dancing, movies, paintings, cooking, visiting foreign countries, restoring preferably English classic cars, interacting with animals, dogs fascinate me, and on occasion interacting with humans. In my spare time, I also work for a living. No matter what I think, say or do, nobody is ever obligated to agree with me and I always welcome a good, animated discussion on any topic, to the exception of religion and politics. In a good year, I spend Winter in South Florida and Summer in Western France. Best of both worlds by my standards. Thank you for stopping by and if any of my writings doesn't meet your approval, you can always tell me.
