I am a Baby Boomer, wife, sister, mother of three, wicked stepmother to 2 (just kidding, Tina!), grandmother of 17 and counting, I homeschooled 3 children, who are now all grown up with families of their own. And becoming a Christian at age 24 changed my life forever!

My husband says I show all the tendencies of having adult ADD: interested in everything, can't sit still for a minute, my mind always racing, an ever-inquisitive mind, and a new idea or two every day! I don't know the meaning of the word bored. What are my interests you ask? Here's just a few: Learning new things, meeting new people, horses and horse training, medical trends, natural treatments for various illnesses, low carb recipes, dogs and dog training, homeschooling, the brain (how it develps, how it learns, how it is affected by injury), child develpment, Brain Gym, missions and missionaries, reading, writing and sharing my faith. I can't wait to share some of the things I have learned over the years and to read what others have written here on Hub pages.
