Bradley Liebe, originally from Wisconsin, has dedicated over twenty years to leadership roles across non-profit and faith-based organizations. His versatility has been showcased, from managing student ministries in Fort Myers, Florida, to serving as an Executive Pastor and COO in Fresno, California. His comprehensive skill set includes adeptness in team leadership, project management, and financial planning, complemented by his dynamic speaker and coach talent, engaging diverse audiences worldwide.
Pastor Bradley Liebe's journey began in Waupaca, Wisconsin, where he was born and raised. His formative educational experiences at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, ignited his passion for leadership and service, propelling him into a career marked by dedication and impact.
His professional path started in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. In this capacity, he organized weekly student-focused events, developed curricula, and managed activities that supported personal and spiritual development.
He also led the organization of significant events within the U.S. and internationally, attracting audiences ranging from 100 to over 10,000 participants. These initiatives were critical in mentoring young individuals and helping them realize their potential in various life dimensions.
In December 2000, Bradley expanded his ministry internationally by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he became Executive Director at a newly established faith-based technical college. There, he achieved the complete enrollment of 50 international students in the program's first year and successfully raised $2 million to fund the initiative. He crafted the curriculum and managed the institution's daily operations, ensuring its success and sustainability.
After returning to the United States in January 2003, he rejoined his former church in Fort Myers as Assistant Senior Pastor. During his tenure, he significantly contributed to the church’s growth, supervising the expansion to five regional campuses and managing a significant building project that enhanced the church's infrastructure.
In 2009, Bradley assumed leadership as the Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. His leadership there resulted in a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions, and he effectively eliminated a $400,000 budget deficit, turning it into a surplus within his first year.
In 2013, he transitioned into the financial services sector, becoming President of a firm helping seniors achieve secure retirements. He has spent the last decade committed to providing seniors with personalized financial advice and support.
Since 2008, Bradley has also been active as a professional speaker and coach, conducting seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and change management with Rick Olson Seminars, utilizing his real-life experience to enrich his sessions.
In January 2014, he took on a role as Executive Pastor and COO at a church. There, he oversees multiple ministries and operational aspects, guiding the community toward embodying the values of love, truth, and sacrifice.
Together with his wife, with whom he has shared life since 1991, and their three children, Bradley Liebe continues to draw inspiration from his family. His foundational values of faith, love, and service have shaped him as a leader and continue influencing every facet of his personal and professional life. He remains a pivotal figure, deeply committed to each community he serves, constantly driven by his core principles and dedication.
