I have been interested on raw foods for some time and now I am successful in a 100% raw diet, for two months now, and I have been including more raw food on my menu for some time before that. I have gone through a detox, both physical and emotional, and I feel shiny new. I am passionate about the Earth, and about Permaculture. It is both a survival and spiritual quest. That is the real Love for our children, ourselves and the whole humanity. We have reached a critical point, but I see things changing, because I believe in humanity. And I believe in humanity because I believe in myself, as I had been once very lost and other-than-optimal (as would say the wonder-full fairy Angela Stokes) person, both with my body and soul, in many ways and with other person's, and now I seek learning, evolving and growing. Forgiving myself for the past and sharing Love and Respect with my fellow brothers and sisters.

I also enjoy do-it-yourself, specially knitting. I dye my wool naturally. Frugal as I am, recycling also gets me, and I adore buying second-hand clothes - good for the planet and the wallet.
