I am a passionate individual who constantly sets goals to help develop myself both personally and professionally. For example, a recent personal achievement for me was that I completed an internship with Women Escaping a Violent Environment where I gained more experience working with at risk populations and was able to complete my California Peer Counselor Certification. I have continued to volunteer with WEAVE, Inc in various capacities in an effort to make a difference in my local community. I have a Bachelors Degree in Human Services and Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. I have been working in the Human Resources field for over twenty years.
