What can I say about me? I enjoy life, and all it has to offer. True, there are some bad people in the world, but my fortune has been to get to know a lot of wonderful, caring people. I just love people and nature, and all the cute little animals and plants in the world (as you probably already gathered by looking at my avatar.) I live a somewhat active life, and enjoy biking, hiking, camping, communing with nature, fishing, traveling and just about anything that will allow me to enjoy all that God’s great creation has to offer. Some of my friends have told me that I resemble a kid in the way I approach so many things with the same wide-eyed, awe-inspired look as they do when I see some of the wonders of this universe.

I believe in health, and in taking steps to keeping healthy. I believe in the balance between good diet, exercise and healthy, regenerative rest.

In this world where so many of my friends appear run down and stressed out, I feel it a privilege to be able to share my viewpoints and experiences on the web. One thing that never fails to recharge me and renew my vitality and zest for life is a good night’s sleep after a hard day of work or play. Because of this, I know from personal experience how important a good night’s rest is to a person’s health, wealth and mental state.
