I enjoy providing team leadership, establishing partnerships and strengthening relationships. I did stand-up comedy and was the winner of the Jay Leno Comedy Challenge held in my hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. As a proud father of 8 wonderful children, 4 boys and 4 girls, I am like the mayor of a small city. My awesome wife and I share a full spectrum of life and faith experiences.
