Yes, I give advice--but in a back-handed over-protective mother sort of way. I do in fact have a daughter named Abby (she IS a dear), and two sons. One of my life observations has been that most people do not want to be told what to do. Best to not tell someone to go jump off a cliff, just provide a map to the canyon and let fate dance.
My primary hub topics are weekend trip destinations, dog rescue, classic rock, handmade soap-making, recipes, nutrition, rails-to-trails bike paths, repurposed items, and creating home-based income. However other topics may jump out on occasion and command me to write.
I'm looking forward to connecting with and getting to know other hubbers and their work!

Michigan's Leelanau Peninsula, affectionately known to Michiganders as "the little finger" of the "mitten," is an area of great beauty and many attractions.
