I am a bit of a rogue scholar, a poet, a romantic, and sometimes a comic tragedy. "You will have to accept me as I am for I shall not change" Marquis de Sade.

Most of my friends describe me as a complex person. I am easy to get to know, but you have to approach me with an open mind for I am nothing like the person next door. I have been married for 20+ years before the relationship came to an unfortunate end. Those of you who knew us when we were married said they couldn't see the end coming but come it did. It had to since I am a transgendered female to male. Since that time I have been in a couple of relationships but none have been as intense or lasting. I find that life is so much more interesting when you have someone to share it with.
Like most people I am looking for someone who can see me for all my imperfections and love me anyway. I know that none of us were born perfect so I don't seek that in another.
No matter what life has taken from me I have my honesty, creativity, pain, love and the wisdom that comes out of the combination of these things. This has kept me going when the world seemed to have it in for me. If music were classified as a drug I would be its addict. I listen to all kinds of music though I tend to like country, goth/techno, darkwave, and old rock the best. I am in the process of writing a book about my life, and my journey through transition. Believe me whn I say I have learned a lot about men and women through this process.
