I never know what to say in these "Bio" sections. I'm not good at these things. They're just so open ended. I mean, what do you want do know? The extent of my culinary skills? My plan for world peace? Whether I own a gun? If I believe in the tooth fairy? See what I mean. Like I said, bios aren't my strong point.
Alright. I'll give it a go. My passions include but most definitely are not limited to: writing (with the obvious companion reading), photography, all things equine, criminal law (and the criminal justice system at large), psychology - with an emphasis on dissociative disorders, and the psychological make-up of criminals. I have far too many interests to list - and potentially more than is strictly healthy for a single person to have.
I have been writing since before I could actually 'write', dictating stories to my mother, or into the tape recorder my parents got me. Creative writing has always been my style. I write a lot of fiction, and I used to write a lot of poetry as well, but that's more of a rarity these days. And of course there are the occasional rambling pieces on my personal life.
I've been struggling with how to get started here, but last night (9/5/2010) I finally threw caution to the winds and wrote something out and published it before I could think better of it. It's not my best work, and I wrote it at 5:30am, but it's something, and it is, in all likelyhood, a more informative bit of writing about who I am than this, or any "Bio" could ever be.
