Hi, welcome to my page. I'm a pro photographer, artist and writer. I live in a beautiful area of the UK, surrounded by mountains and waterfalls, much of it is unexplored by tourists.

I live with my husband and two dogs, have two grown up children (one is transgender and autistic) and two gorgeous grandchildren. We love exploring and discovering new places, researching regional history and taking photos. Many of my photos are sold in photo libraries, and I often use them as inspiration for paintings.

I am really excited about discovering HubPages and look forward to making new contacts. My pastimes include art, genealogy, baking, reading, living on a budget, recycling, current affairs, books and TV (I'm a massive Outlander fan). I'm an abuse survivor and am happy to talk openly and honestly about my experiences.
