I am a single, gay, epileptic working Mum. I work helping the elderly with dementia and I also in schools working with children who have special needs. I enjoy writing, reading, walking, music and movies.
I'm like to write about many different subjects so expect a bit of a mix! I do intend to have a lot of articles about epilepsy and LGBT issues as these are topics that I feel I have some knowledge on that I would enjoy sharing and hopefully offer some advice to others.
Well I've been gone for a little while thanks to the wonders of epilepsy and the great 'hotel hospital' but I'm back and hoping to get some more hubs out over the weekend. Will attempt the 30/30 hubchallenge again in a few weeks hopefully. Either way it's great to be back!

What more can be said (if you can say that)! I've suffered with seizures for many years and by far the worst and slowest part to get over, once you've made it through your tonic clonic (formerly grand mal) seizure is the bitten tongue. Not everyone...
