Hi. I'm a european hardworking average joe currently residing in scandinavia. I have a lovely girlfriend, enjoys the adventurous parts of life such as traveling, cooking, photography and music.
While being unemployed I discovered hub pages while looking into finding ideas on how to make money online.
After traveling to places such as Australia, Hong kong, Russia and europe an instant desire for more traveling and adventures awakened. I love contributing as well as reading information from other hub writers around here.
Articles I focus on are mainly how to's within asian cooking, restaurant guides, travel guides as well as future articles written directly from asian regions and places.
I'm about to open up a asian cooking site as well as writing a 30 page e-book of content with high quality photos of each recipe and ingredient. On the website/blog it will be videos on how to cook each dish presented in the e-book for you to follow along.
For me to be able to maintain interests, achieve dreams and travel expenses i need your help to get by in my every day life.
Earlier this year my beloved Grandmother passed away due to age and dementia. She inspired me to start cooking more, and I will honor her by continuing to do so. I miss you grandma. Rest in peace, see you on the other side.
I know that you might be thinking "but you're not asian, how can you cook chinese food?". Well, the answer is simple, deep rooted inner passion, love for food, skills and the freshest, best and highest quality ingredients. If a white european passionate homestyle chef can do it, so can you.
