I am Keith
<!--{12644745805651}-->
I have been an Entrepreneur off and on all of my adult life. My background was actually in Furniture and Office Furniture. I started a career in the Furniture rental industry and was a record breaking Warehouse Manager until the economy in 1981 forced a major restructure to eliminate many management positions in the company.
After that I worked for some excellent furniture repair and refinishing craftsmen and then opened my own furniture repair and refinishing shop in the garage of my home. I was doing home-based business before it was almost even heard of. Later, I worked for an Office furniture company and went from managing the warehouse into sales and began wearing the suit and tie. Another economic crisis forced my layoff there.
Then I learned how to do brokering of mortgage business and opened my own home-based mortgage brokerage when interest rates were dropping from double digits down to 8 and 9 %.
I have been involved in many facets of mortgage business off and on until present day. However, as I remain in that industry, I am still an Entrepreneur at heart, Business Coach, Mentor, Teacher, and very endeared to Network Marketing and helping others with their success.
The 21st Century, now almost one decade old, has presented MANY tools to make this type of business much easier and with proper internet etiquette, can drive people towards your business instead of away from it, no matter which company, business, or industry you feel best suits you.
I got involved in KachingKaching during it’s infancy, even before it’s pre-launch and have sat on the sidelines as a National Store owner, while working as a TEMP Home Equity Underwriter at a MAJOR Bank. Business was booming and I worked at the Bank 7 days a week. The whole time, I listened in on training calls and Attended Webinars and have seen most of the bugs worked out that obviously any company of this high caliber will endure during it’s conception and start up phases. There is a lot of growth to still endure, however, each change being made is an improvement for those of us in the field.
Recently, some very exciting changes have been made so that even a store owner can make $1,000 a week just by introducing people to various presentations provided on phone and internet.
Things are slow at the J.O.B. right now and being a TEMP, I could be working overtime one week and then be asked not to come in a few days the next week. Obviously working overtime 10 hours a day 7 days a week is the only way to even cover the monthly bills and maintain a home based business while it is growing to a point that it can completely replace that undependable J.O.B. income.
I am involved with leaders such as JW Stratton, Wendy and Lynton Vandersteen, and in communication with Rebecca and Roman Scott.
The best 21st century technology that makes a business flourish like a wildfire is Social NETWORKING and Marketing. Places like FACEBOOK, Twitter, MySpace, and even craigslist are excellent tools to gather friendships and actually be able to help others dig themselves out of the economic crisis on their own. We can offer them a Hand-UP instead of a handout as long as they understand we are not just ‘friending’ or ‘following them’ for the purpose of shoving a business opportunity down their throat, regardless of how awesome the business really is. People will never care about how much you know until they know how much you truly care.
I am very excited to see the progress made every day by KachingKaching and very happy that I joined the team when I did. Remember, that if you want to also join our team NOW!, every person that signs up in KachingKaching from now on is a part of YOUR organization and can be helping you both earn a substantial living, depending on what your goals, dreams, and desires really are. Many of us have to blow the dust off our goals and dreams, if we let the news media convince us that the economy has crushed opportunities for us to succeed and become wealthy. It is up to us to create our own STIMULUS and it is our DUTY to share opportunity to others to get involved and THRIVE instead of just barely survive.
I highly recommend 2 books, regardless if you want to do Network marketing now or not. “Dare to Dream and Work to Win” by Dr. Tom Barrett and “The Slight Edge” by Jeff Olson.
Hoping to see YOU at the TOP!
