I'm a Team Creativity Coach and Mentor at Innovation Shift Coaching. I have a Diploma of Professional Coaching from the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches (AIPC) and I'm a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I focus on the employability of university IT teams and students employing coaching and mentoring for ideathons and hackathons and university projects.

I've had 30 years of experience and research in the use of creativity techniques coupled with a career in IT where I've facilitated innovation and creative thinking workshop. I'm a co-founder of Q-CaP-Do innovation technique.

I'm a strong believer in intrapreneurial and entrepreneurial activity to bring disruptive change and solve social and global issues.
