I'm an "economic survivalist" - I believe in taking action to protect against the future economic upheaval that we're certain to experience. Part of these preparations include building multiple income streams - mainly online.
My Online Income Experience
20smoney.com - My main website is a financial blog for young people (although applicable to everybody). The blog has a vibrant community and over 800 subscribers. If you're interested in a mix of financial content regarding investing, the economy and generating income streams, you should subscribe to the RSS feed. You can see a summary of what kind of income 20smoney.com is generated by clicking here: Online Income.
Financial Freedom - My second website aimed at providing beneficial content to help people gain a firm financial foundation and independence. A sub-site of this blog is an area that is meant to help you Earn Money From Home which includes resources about making money online and from Hubpages.
Economic Depression - My other website that is tracking the current economic downturn that we find ourselves in - I call it the great economic contraction of the 21st century. Read news, information and tips on how to survive in this environment.
Also Check out HubPages for more information on becoming an expert at making money with your hubs!
Lastly, be sure to check out SEC Football at SaturdayDownSouth.com - Gator fans check out Florida football!
Online Income Strategy: Brick by Brick
I believe that by building a portfolio of online income streams, one can significantly boost one's income and savings and much more effectively prepare for economic uncertainty.
Unfortunately, there really isn't a get-rich-quick scheme when it comes to building online income stream. The real strategy for building productive, revenue-generating income streams is to go brick by brick.
What does that mean exactly? By brick by brick, I mean doing the little things continuously and with quality. The little things are publishing quality content, building relationships with other bloggers and websites, generating quality backlinks and building your overall web presence bit by bit.
Online income isn't easy. It requires significant effort and significant time. If you're willing to both, I guarantee that you will see results.
Be sure to browse my Hubs on the topic or visit my blogs listed above for more insight into generating online income.
Survivalism / Preparedness / Economics
In addition to building online income streams, I spend a good bit of time digesting economic data and commentary. Currently, I'm in the crowd that believes we're headed for some significant economic turmoil. None of the factors that caused the financial crisis in 2008 have been addressed and have been potentially made worse. As such, I see rough times ahead.
Due to my economic beliefs, I am taking necessary steps to prepare myself and my family for changes in the social fabric, economy and political arena here in America. While actual developments may not turn out to be as dire as I suspect, I plan to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.
If you're skeptical of my claims, I encourage you to read my economic analysis at 20smoney.com and on some of my Hubs here.
If you agree that there might be a possibility of economic collapse and/or Depression, what are you doing to prepare? I encourage you to read my Hubs on how to prepare, specifically my Survivalism 101 Hubs:
