A little about me:
I live in San Jose, California.
I originally wanted to be a print journalist (writing for a newspaper or a magazine a la Rolling Stones, or something like that), but as the years went on and the times changed, I noticed that news media outlets, and journalism in general, became for more biased and entertainment-oriented instead of informational (and that newspapers were fading away). So, my hopes of being a professional writer went down the drain, so to speak. Lucky, online writing has become more accessible, and easier to do.So now, I get to enjoy writing and publishing my work.
Throughout my life, I've been so poor I that was homeless and I have been lucky enough to have had a great paying job. I've seen both extremes of the socio-economic scale. I was the editor-in-chief of my college paper and have published one book. I have worked at a gas station, as a delivery driver, a salesman, a video store clerk, a photography delevoper, a warehouse worker, and a technical writer.
The majority of my hubs revolve around the things I have the most interest in: Food and Cooking, Comic Books and Historical Trivia. I hope everyone enjoys my eclectic subject choices.
