I am healthy, happy, work full-time, and enjoy sport,. But it wasn't always like this. Whilst at university, I cauht a virus whose effect became chronic, giving me an obstruction in my left lung. Then as a result came years of poverty, low self-confidence, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, many allergies and chemical sensitivities, and depression. Luckily, this was not all at the same time but certainly as a direct or indirect result of having contracted the virus and getting the wrong medical treatment at the time.Well, I ran two half-marathons since, I lost most of the allergies and sensitivities, I have a peaceful mind, and am happily married. My journey of recovery kick-started with some lovely people I had met at a job that I could just about manage, who pushed me in the direction of complementary and alternative therapies. And now I give back. I am blessed to be here and am truly grateful tk have been guven the opportunity first to survive, and next, to strive, and now to thrive. My role in life has become that of helping others overcome their obstacles and make their dreams come true, no matter how challenging. I hope to inspire and inform, so you can tap into your fantastic!
