I am a mom of 4 great kids and I have been married to my wonderful man for 20 years. I have always tried to lead a lifestyle of health and fitness. After my second child I joined a gym and started taking step aerobics classes within a year I was teaching a class of my own. That was 16 years ago. As of now I am teaching three class a day three days a week. I teach a 30 min ab class called Ab Lab, I teach a group cycling class, and a class that is called Horizontial Conditioning. It is not what you think. I will be sharing a lot of what we do in that class as time go on. I love encouraging other moms out there to take control of their own lives. As moms we put so much time into our kids and put ourselves on the back burner. I want to encourage women that it is ok to take care of themselves. This Blog is going to be a place for encouragement. I will share new thinks I am learning and things I am doing in the classes I teach
