Five One Cows

I've had a truly wonderful time here on the hub pages, and I've made some terrific friends from all over the world. But in the spirit of carrying on with the tradition of the grand finale in the company of such great comedy stories as "Seinfeld" & "Home Improvement", it's now time for Stinky & the gang to make their exit as well and say goodbye.

This wasn't my decision by any means what so ever. Without any advance notice or legitimate reason I discovered in the very late hours of November 30th 2011 that "The Small Bang Theory" suddenly out of the blue became unpublished by the hub pages. I worked with my buddy Simone Smith of the hub pages in an attempt to get this story published once again, however after trying for over 3 weeks we were both unsuccessful. So I've been left with the very difficult decision of having a final curtain call for "The Small Bang Theory", and bringing it to it's inevitable conclusion. It's painful to see it all end like this, but I'm beginning to feel that maybe it's for the best instead of just fading away as others have. It's always best to go out with a bang anyway, as Stinky always has in this story.

What began somewhere about 16 months ago in August of 2010 as a short story for my coworkers at the widget factory, has evolved into quite a legacy on the internet. "The Small Bang Theory" had numerous tweets & Google plus 1's as well as 562 Facebook "Likes" since the hub pages reset all of it's counts. At it's conclusion there were 28 chapters with 40 photographs totaling 28,127 words.

The story itself was never ever intended or meant to go on this long, but all of you great people kept asking for more, so I was happy to oblige. I want to thank every single one of my 4,200+ followers who all stayed with me to the end. All of your 614 comments, tons of fan mail, and support have meant so much to me. I can never thank each and everyone of you enough. The greatest moment was the Hubbie Award for the "funniest hub" which you all so graciously voted and gave me, which no one can ever take away from "The Small Bang Theory". Thank you all so very much for this honor!
